爆炸危险环境电气系统安全安全评价过程中存在评价要素较多,不能表达产生隐患的原因及造成后果,系统整体无法给出定量结果.提出一种模糊层次分析法与HAZOP法相结合的研究方法,由层次分析法对系统进行分层及指标权重的确定,通过HAZOP分析偏差、原因及后果,由专家打分通过加权平均模糊算法得出系统结论.将该方法应用于石化储罐区防爆电气系统安全评价,可分析出系统整体安全级别并能定位隐患并结合其产生原因及后果制定出对应的安全技术措施.
There are many evaluation factors in the safety assessment of the electrical system in the explosion hazard environment, which can not express the causes and consequences of the hidden danger, and the system as a whole can not give the quantitative results.A research method combining fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and HAZOP method is proposed Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to stratify the system and determine the weight of indicators, and the conclusions are drawn from the experts’ scores through the weighted average fuzzy algorithm through the analysis of the deviations, causes and consequences of the HAZOP.This method is applied to the safety assessment of explosion-proof electrical systems in petrochemical tankfronts , The overall system security level can be analyzed and hidden dangers can be identified, and the corresponding safety technical measures can be worked out in combination with the causes and consequences.
