自2004年信息产业部启动村通工程以来,截止到2005年底,我国通电话行政村的比率达到了97％,超额完成了“十五”规划中95％行政村通电话的目标,作为卫星通信的业内人士,最值得欣慰的是在“村通工程”的最后攻坚阶段,VSAT卫星通信起到了不可或缺的作用。如何使VSAT卫星通信手段能够扬长避短、充分利用已有的各种资源,最大限度地降低网络建设、运行和维护的成本,是我们面临的重要课题。本文对VSAT村通建设和运营提出了一些看法和建议,并探讨了理想的VSAT村通组网方式。
