目的探讨异位妊娠破裂这种妇产科急腹症的早期诊断与及时手术治疗。方法回顾性分析开封市第二人民医院收治的228例异位妊娠破裂早期诊断与治疗情况。结果血-βHCG阳性223例,阴道后穹窿穿刺抽出不凝固血液207例,全部病例均行剖腹探查术,行患侧输卵管切除术209例,休克92例,输血136例,抢救成功率100%。结论尽早明确诊断、有预见性抗休克治疗,及时手术是抢救成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and timely surgical treatment of obstetric and obstetric acute abdomen ectopic pregnancy rupture. Methods A retrospective analysis of Kaifeng City Second People’s Hospital admitted 228 cases of ectopic pregnancy early diagnosis and treatment. Results 223 cases were positive for blood-βHCG. 207 cases of non-coagulated blood were obtained by vaginal culdocentesis. All cases underwent exploratory laparotomy. 209 cases underwent tubal resection, 92 cases were shocked and 136 cases were transfused. The success rate of rescue was 100%. Conclusion As soon as possible a clear diagnosis, predictive anti-shock treatment, timely surgery is the key to the success of the rescue.
