目的探讨高敏感 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与外周动脉疾病(PAD)的关系。方法 2005年7月对攀枝花市某社区年龄>40岁的符合人选标准的643例居民进行流行病学研究。结果吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、低 HDL-C 以及心血管疾病史的比例均为 PAD 组高于非 PAD 组。高血压、糖尿病和心血管疾病史的比例均呈现 CRP 高浓度组高于低浓度组。多因素分析发现,CRP 中、高浓度组的OR 值是低浓度组的2倍多;对 hs-CRP 进行对数变换后分析,发现 Log(hs-CRP)和 PAD 仍然呈正向关系(P=0.007)。结论 hs-CRP 和 PAD 的发生相关,升高的 hs-CRP 是 PAD 的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and peripheral arterial disease (PAD). Methods In July 2005, a epidemiological study was conducted on 643 eligible residents aged> 40 in a community in Panzhihua City. Results Smoking, hypertension, diabetes, low HDL-C and the history of cardiovascular disease were higher in the PAD group than in the non-PAD group. Hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular disease history showed a high CRP concentration group than the low concentration group. Multivariate analysis showed that the OR of CRP in high concentration group was more than twice as high as that of low concentration group. After logarithmic transformation analysis of hs-CRP, Log (hs-CRP) and PAD still showed a positive relationship (P = 0.007). Conclusions The association between hs-CRP and PAD is related to elevated hs-CRP, which is an independent risk factor for PAD.
