在美丽的巢湖湖畔,合裕路旁,有一座现代化的养殖厂,那就是巢湖市龙源家禽公司。它座落在居巢区花集乡太和集,每到阳春三月,方圆几十里的农民们每天早上就像赶集似地来到这里,不为别的,只为了能提到正宗的龙源家禽公司的苗鸡。因为,在他们的心中龙源公司的鸡苗就是保证。看着每天川流不息的人群和发送苗鸡的车辆,有谁会想到9年以前这儿只是一个名不见经传的小鸡厂,如今却发展成为一个拥有集育种、孵化、养殖。饲料加工为一体的现代化养殖厂,所有这些都离不开公司总经理吕达龙曾走过的一段艰苦创业的历程。
