阻抗心动图(ICG)是测量心泵功能的重要方法,而传统的全环式四极带妨碍胸腹部手术的顺利进行,不能甩于术中监测。本文介绍一种改进的条-片式电极,经检测24名健康成人的各项指标并与全环式电极作自身对照,两者各波形极为一致,具有高度的相关性。改进的条一片式电极为胸腹部手术中用阻抗法连续监测心泵功能提供了方便。
Impedance Cardiogram (ICG) is an important method to measure heart pump function. However, the traditional all-loop quadrupole block the thoracoabdominal and abdominal surgery smoothly, can not be used in intraoperative monitoring. This article describes an improved strip - chip electrodes, 24 healthy adults after detection of various indicators and all-ring electrode as a self-control, the two waveforms are extremely consistent and highly correlated. The improved strip-style electrode provides a convenient method for continuous monitoring of cardiac pump function using the impedance method in thoracoabdominal surgery.
