我厂是生产轮胎式装载机的专业厂,主要产品的额定载重量2～9t。我厂在1987年研制的ZL50G装载机上贯彻了JB3688·1—84《轮胎式装载机技术参数》、JB3688·2—86《轮胎式装载机技术条件》、JB3688·3—84《轮胎式装载机型式试验方法》等标准,并吸收卡特匹勒先进技术和IE标准。整机主要参数、噪声,防振、舒适性等方面采用了国际标准。样机按JB3688·3—84标准进行了试验,各项指标均达到标准要求,并于1988年11月通过部级鉴定,投入批量生产。现对该产品采用国际先进技术标准获得的经济效益和社会效益进行定量估算与分析。
Our factory is a professional manufacturer of tire loaders. The rated load of the main products is 2-9t. The ZL50G loader developed by our factory in 1987 implements JB3688.1-84 “Technical Parameters of Wheel Loaders”, JB3688.2-86 “Technical Conditions of Wheel Loaders,” and JB3688.3-84“ Wheel Loaders. ”Type test method" and other standards, and absorb Caterpillar advanced technology and IE standards. The main parameters of the machine, noise, vibration prevention, comfort, etc. adopt international standards. The prototype was tested according to the JB3688. 3-84 standard. All the indicators met the standard requirements and passed the ministerial appraisal in November 1988 and was put into mass production. Quantitative estimation and analysis of the economic benefits and social benefits obtained by adopting international advanced technical standards are now carried out.
