一年前采用Kl?ckner厂发明的新炼钢法(KS法)的新工厂将要投产.《Stahl u. Eisen》101(1981), Nr. 10, 639-640首次报导了它的工艺流程、设备能力和能源消耗.兹介绍如下:目前按计划由Georgsmarien厂供应高级特殊钢和优质钢钢材,由Osnabrück厂供应特殊的宽扁钢材,两个厂总的生产能力为大约年产120万吨.在Georgsmarien厂有三座250t平炉,,用生铁-废钢法生产,铁水由一个炉缸直径为6.2m的高炉提供;Osnabr?ck厂有两座电炉用废钢炼钢(图1).
A new plant a year ago with the new steelmaking process (KS method) invented by the Klökner plant will be commissioned. “Stahl u. Eisen” 101 (1981), Nr. 10, 639-640 first reported its process, Equipment capacity and energy consumption. The following is introduced: At present, it is planned to supply high-grade special steel and high-quality steel from Georgsmarien and special wide-flat steel from Osnabrück. The total production capacity of both plants is about 1.2 million tons per year. Three 250t hearth furnaces at the Georgsmarien plant, produced by the pig iron-scrap process, are supplied by a blast furnace with a hearth diameter of 6.2m; two furnaces at the Osnabrýk plant have been scrap-steeled (Fig. 1).
