[目的]观察与分析显微手术治疗矢状窦和大脑镰旁脑膜瘤的效果。[方法]对30例矢状窦和大脑镰旁脑膜瘤患者给予显微手术治疗。[结果]显微手术SimpsonⅠ级全切除率为56.67%,SimpsonⅡ级切除率为33.33%,且手术前后生活质量评分相比存在明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]显微手术治疗矢状窦和大脑镰旁脑膜瘤效果显著。
[Objective] To observe and analyze the effect of microsurgical treatment of sagittal sinus and falx paraneoplastic meningioma. [Method] The microsurgical treatment of 30 patients with sagittal sinus and falx paraneoplastic meningioma. [Results] The Simpson grade Ⅰ resection rate was 56.67% and the Simpson grade Ⅱ resection rate was 33.33%. There was significant difference in quality of life before and after surgery (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The microsurgical treatment of sagittal sinus and falx paraxoma meningioma has a significant effect.
