中国的经济一直在快速地发展,在这个过程之中,对应的综合国力也已经大程度提升,人民币也需要达到国际化的相应要求,这样才能够推进我国的经济继续提升。但是现在全球金融经常有危机状况,IMF相应制度也在探究改革的方法,所以人民币在国际化过程之中可能会出现对应的问题,我国需完备相应法律,以对人民币予以保护。本文将先叙述IMF的法律制度,从人民币在国际化过程之中存有的法律问题对解决措施进行思考,为人民币国际化各环节工作可以平稳进行做贡献。
China’s economy has been rapidly developing. During this process, the corresponding comprehensive national strength has also been greatly improved, and the RMB needs to meet the corresponding requirements of internationalization. Only in this way can China’s economy continue to improve. However, nowadays, the global financial crisis often has its own status. The IMF’s corresponding system is also exploring ways of reform. Therefore, the corresponding problems of the RMB in the process of internationalization may arise. Our country needs to have appropriate laws to protect the renminbi. This article will first describe the IMF’s legal system, think about the solutions from the legal issues existing in the internationalization of the renminbi, and make contributions to the smooth progress of the internationalization of RMB.
