某市发生了一起基坑突涌造成的重大工程事故，从工程勘察的角度分析了造成事故的间接原因；提出了从此事故中应汲取的经验教训。
A major engineering accident caused by an inrush of the foundation pit occurred in a city, and the indirect cause of the accident was analyzed from the perspective of engineering investigation; lessons learned from this accident were proposed.
