研究了N~+离子注入的表面改性处理对柱塞式液压泵配流副的摩擦系数,粘着磨损及抗胶合能力的影响,试验证明经调质氮化后的25Cr_3MoA钢再作N~+离子注入后具有较满意的摩擦学性能.
The effect of surface modification of N ~ + ions on the friction coefficient, adhesion and wear resistance and anti-gluing capacity of the piston-type hydraulic pump was studied.
