目的探讨运用CT血管成像(CTA)、磁共振血管成像(MRA)、数字减影血管造影(DSA)影像技术对脑动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法 209例动脉瘤患者的影像资料进行对比、研究,探讨运用不同处理方法 ,显示出动脉瘤的部位、形态、大小、瘤体生长方向、瘤颈形态、与载瘤动脉的关系等等。通过相关比对数据总结分析CTA、MRA、DSA的技术特点及对颅内动脉瘤的评估效果。结果 74例CTA扫描中,动脉瘤74例,动脉瘤最小径为3 mm,最大径为22 mm。CTA、MRA检出率分别为87.2%、82.3%。结论应该根据实际情况及病情等级选择合适的检查方法。
Objective To explore the value of CT angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm. Methods A total of 209 aneurysms were analyzed and compared. The location, morphology and size of the aneurysm, the growth of the tumor, the morphology of the tumor neck, and the relationship with the host artery were also discussed. The data of CTA, MRA and DSA were summarized and analyzed to evaluate the effect of intracranial aneurysms. Results In 74 CTA scans, 74 aneurysms had the smallest diameter of 3 mm and the largest diameter of 22 mm. The detection rates of CTA and MRA were 87.2% and 82.3% respectively. Conclusions should be based on the actual situation and the level of illness to choose the appropriate test method.
