作者用动态膜透析法考察了柔红霉素聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯毫微粒冻干针剂体外释药规律,并用6种数学模型对释药过程进行拟合,以残差平方和、拟合度、AIC等参数为指标,评价了各数学模型的拟合优度。结果表明双指数函数模型能较好地描述毫微粒中柔红霉素的释药规律。
In this study, we investigated the in vitro release of daunorubicin-polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles by dynamic membrane dialysis, and fitted the drug release process with six mathematical models. The residuals were summed up and fitted Degree, AIC and other parameters as an index to evaluate the goodness of fit of the mathematical model. The results show that the dual exponential function model can better describe the release of daunorubicin nanoparticles.
