对包头市６３３例正常新生儿的体重进行了测量，其体重随孕周变化及男女性差异均同国内外其他报道基本一致。包头市正常新生儿体重９５％分布于２３９４．８４一３９９７．６４ｇ之间。
The body weight of 633 normal newborns in Baotou City was measured. The changes of body weight with gestational age and the differences between men and women were basically the same as those in other reports at home and abroad. Baotou normal newborn weight 95% distributed between 2394.84 a 3997.64g.
