材料与方法:将内镜确诊的活动性消化性溃疡(PU)随机分为洛赛克(L)组46例,泰胃美(T)组40例,两组患者的性别,年龄、病程、溃疡平均面积及吸烟史等均具有可比性。L组给予洛赛克20mg,每日1次,睡前服,疗程2～4周;T组给予泰胃美800mg,每晚1次、疗程同上。治疗过程中不加用其他抗溃疡药物。治疗2周、4周后各复查胃镜1次,了解溃疡的愈合情况。 结果:L组28例DU服药2周愈合23例,4周愈合27例;18例GU2周愈合11例,4周愈合15例。
Materials and Methods: Forty-six patients with active peptic ulcer (PU) diagnosed by endoscopy were randomly divided into Losec group (L group) and Forte group (T group). The gender, age, The average area of ulcers and smoking history are comparable. L group was given Losec 20mg, 1 times a day, before going to bed, treatment for 2 to 4 weeks; T group given Thai Weimei 800mg, 1 night, the same treatment. No other anti-ulcer drugs are used during the treatment. Treatment for 2 weeks, 4 weeks after the review of gastroscopy 1, to understand the healing of ulcers. Results: In the L group, 28 cases of DU healed 23 cases in 2 weeks and 27 cases in 4 weeks. In 18 cases, 11 cases healed in 2 weeks and 15 cases healed in 4 weeks.
