分析205例交通事故引起的颌面损伤,发现以下颌骨骨折、颧弓骨折常见;软组织损伤以唇部最多。对无移位的下颌骨骨折仅颅颌弹性绷带便可治愈;凹陷性颧弓骨折用巾钳牵拉复位简便易行;软组织损伤清创应彻底;应尽力提高颌面部损伤早期处理质量。
Analysis of 205 cases of maxillofacial injuries caused by traffic accidents found the following jaw fractures, zygomatic arch fractures common; soft tissue injury to the lips up. Only mandibular elastic bandage can be cured without dislocation of the mandibular fractures; depression of the zygomatic arch fracture using towel pull pull simple and easy; debridement of soft tissue injury should be thoroughly; should try to improve the quality of early treatment of maxillofacial injury.
