每个班级的学生总是有差异的,要达到整体推进的目标,大面积提高教学质量,关键是后进生的转化。一些教师就语文教语文,甚至有的语文教师对这些后进生听之任之。我曾尽自己所能做过各种努力,但收效甚微。为此我不断进行探究。了解后进生形成的原因及后进生的心理状态,才能有的放矢地开展转化工作,收到事半功倍的效果。经过调查了解和基础测试,发现后进生基本是成绩不好、知识缺乏、兴趣低落、思路不畅,原因不外乎学
Each class of students are always different, to achieve the overall goal of promoting a large area to improve the quality of teaching, the key is backward life transformation. Some teachers teach Chinese in languages and even some Chinese teachers listen to these latter students. I have tried my best to make every effort, but with little success.
