这是一群既普通又特别的人。寻常你总能见到他们,尤其是训练场上,夜归途中;但华彩时刻你永远找不到他们的影子,特别是领奖台上,镜头前面。他们是医生,可却很少穿白大褂儿;他们是大夫,却经常充当着护理员、采购员、炊事员。夹在运动队中,你会把他们误认为是教练、领队甚至队员,处在小诊室里,你却说不清他们是中医还是西医,是内科还是外科,是治体伤的,还疗心病的。不过,这群人有个习惯,无论何时何地,他们眼睛始终盯着的是运动员,无论褒贬得失,他们的心曲永不变调“只要你过得比我好”。这群人有个俗称叫“队医”,个个雅号叫“护神”。
