镁合金是一种轻质结构材料,在航空航天、交通、电子、电器和军事工业领域具有极其重要的应用价值和广阔的应用前景。镁合金的连接技术备受关注,钎焊方法以其独特的优势在镁合金连接中扮演重要角色。简述了镁合金钎焊性能与钎焊方法,综述了镁合金钎料与钎剂研究进展,分析了钎焊焊缝成形及接头的组织特征,并对镁合金钎焊发展方向进行了展望。
Magnesium alloy is a lightweight structural material with extremely important application value and broad application prospects in the fields of aerospace, transportation, electronics, electrical appliances and military industry. Magnesium alloy connection technology of concern, the brazing method with its unique advantages in magnesium alloy connection plays an important role. The brazing performance and brazing method of magnesium alloy are briefly introduced. The research progress of brazing filler metal and flux for magnesium alloy is reviewed. The forming characteristics of brazing seam and the microstructure of the joint are analyzed. The development prospect of magnesium alloy brazing is also discussed.
