党员的组织生活是党员再教育、管理和监督的基本形式和主要渠道,研究生党员的组织活动的开展和创新,直接关系到研究生党员的先进性和积极性的发挥,进而影响研究生党支部的建设。各高校研究生党支部要通过开发高校资源和研究生自身资源,不断拓宽教育渠道,分层次的因材施教,并建立健全研究生党员组织生活监督和考核机制,创新组织生活模式,不断提高研究生党员组织生活的有效性。
