广东在未来20年里赶上亚洲“四小龙”的发展水平,在很大程度上取决于广东经济在其国际化道路上迈出多大的步伐。如果说,亚洲“四小龙”通过六七十年代外向型经济的迅猛发展,并逐步将经济推上国际化的运行轨道,由此导致经济的高速增长与腾飞,那么,以“四小龙”作为未来20年跨世纪赶超目标的广东,加速经济国际化不仅构成赶超亚洲“四小龙”的内容之一,而且也是实现这一目标的必由之路。
