The structure and properties of SrTiO3-Bi2O3nTiO2 system doped with MgTiO3 were investigated. The results show that with the increase of the amount of MgTiO3, the phase composition, the lattice constant and the properties of the material all change. Addition of Mg2 + and Bi3 + in the SrTiO3 lattice occurs in the price compensation replacement, so that the solid solution limit of Bi3 + significantly increased, resulting in a strong shift peak effect and broaden the role of greatly improved the temperature characteristics of the material
