患者陈××女10岁住院号97957 右眼红、痛、失明1个月。90年12月11日右眼被刀片刺伤。红肿、痛,继之失明。曾在当地医院诊断为眼内炎、前房积脓。91年1月11日以右眼继发性青光眼、肿瘤待排而住院。右眼无光感,睫状充血,角膜有线状瘢痕,前后房有雪花样漂浮物、并沉积于下方,前房积脓约2.5mm。前房积脓随头位改变而移动。虹膜纹理不清,虹膜表面有大量新生血管。瞳孔直径4.5mm,无后粘连,对光反应消失。晶体透明。玻璃体呈雪花样混浊。用+12D 可见玻璃体下方呈黄褐
