《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》指出,教育大计,教师为本。有好的教师,才有好的教育。时代呼唤教师提升专业素养,教师走专业化发展道路是必然的选择。青年教师是学校持续发展的源头活水,学校现有中青年教师占到了30%,这一群体可以说是学校发展的中坚力量。因此,学校创设了五大发展平台引领青年教师的专业发展,并取得了较好的效果。
The “Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan” states that education plans and teachers are the foundation. Have a good teacher, have a good education. The times call for teachers to enhance professionalism, teachers take the road of professional development is an inevitable choice. Young teachers are the source of sustainable water for schools. The existing number of young and middle-aged teachers in schools accounts for 30%. This group can be regarded as the backbone of school development. Therefore, the school has created five major development platforms to lead the professional development of young teachers and achieved good results.
