思想政治工作是教育者为了使教育对象的思想意识与党的奋斗目标、政策、策略等相一致,进而付诸行动、为实现党的目标努力奋斗而采取的一系列活动。思想政治工作是“理”“情”交融,教育者必须认清责任,不负使命,加强学习研究,以真情对理,懂理精道,掌握论证技巧,融情于理,理中带情,才能实现思想政治工作的根本目的。
Ideological and political work is a series of activities taken by educators in order to bring the ideology of educational objects into line with the goals, policies and tactics of the party’s struggle, put them into action and strive to achieve the party’s goals. Ideological and political work is a combination of “truth” and “love”. Educators must clearly understand their responsibilities and live up to their mission. They must strengthen their study and research, treat truth with reason, master their theories, master the demonstration skills, Reasonable, in order to achieve the fundamental purpose of ideological and political work.
