国务院港澳办新闻发言人今年4月发表谈话,全面介绍了有关香港居民的国籍和居留权问题的政策,中方关于香港居民的国籍和居留权问题的妥善、宽松处理,得到了香港舆论的充分肯定。随后,特区政府和临时立法会开始了针对这一政策的立法工作。 由于历史的原因,香港居民持有的身份证明文件种类较多,国籍情况复杂。加上近年来海外移民回流香港,以及因英国政府违反中英联合声明实行“居英权计划”加剧
