对酸荔枝种子进行贮存试验表明,荔枝种子含水量变异系数大,为8.85,具顽拗型种子特征。初采种子活力高,发芽率达97.78%。带肉种子在10~12℃、保湿、杀菌条件下可贮存3个月。过氧化物酶活性和酸性磷酸酶活性可作为荔枝种子活力的生理指标。
The study on the storage of sour litchi seeds showed that the variation coefficient of water content of litchi seed was 8.85 with recalcitrant seed characteristics. Early seed vigor, germination rate of 97.78%. With meat seeds at 10 ~ 12 ℃, moisturizing, sterilization conditions can be stored for 3 months. Peroxidase activity and acid phosphatase activity can be used as litchi seed vigor physiological indicators.
