春到人间,草木萌发,大地葱葱绿绿,一片生机。 现在正是开始进入品赏春茶的大好季节。 茶农采茶,按时令、季节不同,分别于每年春、秋两季,采摘茶叶上市,茶重新鲜(陈年普洱除外),一品新茶,乃是一大快事。 春茶最早登场的是浙江杭州龙井,称为明前茶,因采制于清明节之前而得名。明前茶又称为火前茶,古人于清明节前一日禁火,故又称之。采摘的都足鲜嫩的芽茶,老了便乏味了。
