目的:探讨中药调配中与临床疗效有关的影响因素,并提出针对性的干预措施。方法:选取近期在临海市中医院药剂科中因中药调配而导致临床治疗效果受到影响的病历60例,并根据病历情况从处方应付、调配剂量及药物质量和炮制方法等发面进行因素分析。结果:在中药的调配过程中,中药剂量的调配对临床治疗效果起着较为重要的作用,处方应付、药物质量及炮制方法也在一定程度上影响了临床疗效。结论:在临床用药的过程中,调配人员应该具有较高的专业素质,以配置出高调配质量、高质量及适宜剂量的药物,促进患者疾病的康复。
Objective: To explore the influencing factors of clinical curative effect in the traditional Chinese medicine formulation and to put forward the pertinent intervention measures. Methods: Sixty cases of medical records affected by clinical treatment were randomly selected from pharmacy department of Linhai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the medical record, factors such as prescription coping, dosage, drug quality and processing method were selected. Results: The deployment of traditional Chinese medicine dose plays an important role in the clinical treatment effect. Prescription treatment, drug quality and processing methods also affect the clinical efficacy to a certain extent. Conclusion: In the process of clinical medication, the deployment staff should have high professional quality, in order to deploy a high quality, high quality and appropriate dosage of drugs to promote the rehabilitation of patients with diseases.
