水泥中的碱与骨料中活性二氧化硅反应,会引起混疑工膨胀和开裂。几年来,我们对如何抑制这种碱-骨料的膨胀反应进行了一些研究,除研究了火山灰质混合材和有机无机外加剂的抑制效果外,还研究了掺加碳酸盐及磨细活性骨料等非活性混合材的抑制作用。我们所以研究碳酸盐的抑制作用,是根据B.Chaiken 用化学法鉴定骨料的碱活性时,发现碳酸盐的存在对鉴定结果有很大的干扰作用,因此推想碳酸盐很可能对碱-骨料膨胀反应有抑制作用。同时,根据国外学者的研究,证明具有碱活性的骨料,磨细后掺入水泥中对碱-骨料膨胀反应
Alkali in the cement reacts with the active silica in the aggregate, causing misfiring and cracking. Over the past few years, we have conducted some research on how to suppress the expansion reaction of this alkali-aggregate. In addition to studying the inhibitory effects of pozzolanic materials and organic-inorganic admixtures, we also studied the incorporation of carbonates and fine-grained activity. At the same time, according to the research of foreign scholars, it has been proved that the alkali-aggregate swelling reaction occurs when an alkali-reactive aggregate is incorporated into the cement after grinding.
