随着市场经济的快速发展,企业内部管理也在发生着日新月异的变化。加强企业的政工管理,加深员工对日常工作的思想认识,进一步宣传企业的文化理念,可以为企业的发展创造一个健康和谐稳健的环境。据笔者观察,现阶段企业政工管理过程中存在着许多不完善的地方,笔者结合自己的管理经验,对加强企业政工管理和创新提出自己的观点与建议。
With the rapid development of market economy, the internal management of enterprises is changing with each passing day. Strengthening the administration of enterprises, deepening the staff’s daily understanding of the ideological work, and further promote the concept of corporate culture, for the development of enterprises to create a healthy and harmonious and stable environment. According to the author’s observation, there are many imperfections in the process of enterprise’s political management at this stage. Based on his own management experience, the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions on strengthening the management and innovation of the enterprise’s political work.
