为了结合我国具体生产条件对滚动轴承噪声(振动)的影响因素作进一步澄清和确定其定量关系,进行了内圈滚道和钢球表面波纹度对单列向心球轴承(H304)噪声(振动)影响的实验。试验分析说明,影响轴承噪声(振动)的主要因素是钢球和内圈滚道表面波纹度参数,龙其是波长;其它因素(如钢球尺寸差及几何精度、零件表面光洁度及几何精度、轴承径向游隙等)的影响是次要的;同时指出,套圈滚道的“柔性”抛光仍不能很好地消除波纹度,而二次刚性抛光的效果比一次刚性抛光好;钢球加工方面,为彻底消除表面波纹度,现行Ⅰ级钢球的石灰抛光工艺应改用超精研工艺。附图35幅,表2个,参考文献7篇。
