对来自85433一个基本株的姊妹系组配的4个S_2代姊妹种的增产潜力及配合力效应进行了分析。结果表明,S_2代姊妹种间增产潜力存在明显差异,其增产幅度为14.76%~83.08%。扩大了早代姊妹系间遗传变异的选择范围,可进一步发挥姊妹种高产制种的优势潜力。4个S_2代姊妹种与对应姊妹系各自和彼此之间的产量配合力效应一致。
The yield potential and combining ability effects of four S_2 generation siblings from a sister line of 85433 basic line were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the yield potential between S_2 generation and their yield increase ranged from 14.76% to 83.08%. The scope of selection of genetic variation among sister lines in the early generation has been expanded to further exploit the potential advantages of high yielding sires. The effects of yield combining ability between the four S_2 generation siblings and their corresponding sister lines were the same as each other.
