本研究采用跑台递增运动方式测定10名男大学生的最大摄氧量、无氧阈,分析两者的关系.测得最大摄氧量平均值为4.62±0.96升/分,无氧阈时的摄氧量、最大摄氧量百分数、心率分别为3.05±0.74升/分、65.89%±6.99%、166.5±7.6次/分;最大摄氧量与无氧阈时的摄氧量呈显著性正相关,与无氧阈时的最大摄氧量百分数无显著性相关.研究结果表明;(1)受试者采用跑台负荷方式测得的最大摄氧量水平较高;(2)最大摄氧量和无氧阈时的最大摄氧量百分数在评定身体机能和身体素质、安排运动训练及选拔运动员中所起的作用不同.
In this study, treadmill incremental exercise was used to measure the maximum oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold of 10 male college students, and the relationship between them was analyzed.The average maximum oxygen uptake was 4.62 ± 0.96 liters / Oxygen uptake, the maximum percentage of oxygen uptake and heart rate were 3.05 ± 0.74 liters / minute, 65.89% ± 6.99% and 166.5 ± 7.6 beats / min, respectively.
