【目的】寻找简化中耳移植材料的保存方法。【方法】采用常温下７０％～７５％酒精贮存鼓膜、听骨等移植材料，对１３５耳鼓膜穿孔患者进行治疗，并进行组织学和电镜观察。【结果】常温下酒精保存的硬脑膜、软骨、听骨可保存其基质数年不变，其中硬脑膜胶质纤维结构保存良好。穿孔封闭率达９０．４％（１２２／１３５），高于对照组的８８．１％（３７／４２），与对照组（冷藏方法保存移植材料）进行比较差异无显著性（Ｐ＞００５）。【结论】常温下保存中耳移植材料是可行的。
【Objective】 To find a way to save the materials of middle ear transplantation. 【Method】 The eardrum, ear and other graft materials were stored in 70% ~ 75% alcohol at room temperature, and 135 cases of perforation were treated by histology and electron microscope. [Results] The dura mater, cartilage and ossicles preserved in alcohol at room temperature could be preserved for several years, and the dura mater glial fiber structure was preserved well. The perforation closure rate was 90.4% (122/135), which was higher than that of the control group (88.1%, 37/42). There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group 05). 【Conclusion】 It is feasible to preserve middle ear graft materials at room temperature.
