学习国外的职教先进教育思想及培训模式对于中国的职教事业发展是很有帮助的,当今最重视职业教育的国家之一的澳大利亚,无疑是最值得研究的对象之一,澳大利亚的职业教育在发展的过程中有较为丰富的经验,并逐渐形成了鲜明的澳大利亚特色。本文就澳大利亚职业教育的发展历程和发展现况给予一定的讲解,并分析了其职业教育实践经验,简明扼要的探讨了澳大利亚的成功经验对我国职业教育现状的影响。
Studying Foreign Vocational Education Advanced educational thinking and training models are very helpful to the development of China’s vocational education. Australia, one of the countries that place the greatest emphasis on vocational education today, is undoubtedly one of the most worthy of study. This paper gives some explanations on the development course and current situation of Australian vocational education and analyzes its practical experience in vocational education. It briefly discusses the influence of the successful Australian experience on the current situation of vocational education in China.
