本文是研究铁铬铝合金中加入混合稀土元素和钇稀土元素后,生成的夹杂物和金属间化合物,引起热轧钢锭开裂的夹杂物,以及铁铬铝合金中碳化物析出相。通过金相,电解分离产物的X射线衍射,电子探针,离子探针方法来研究它们的光学性质与化学性质,以及晶体结构。实验结果,确定了铁铬铝合金中加入稀土元素后生成的夹杂物除氧化稀土外有R_EAlO_3,金属间化合物YFe_9,以及M_(23)C_6碳化物析出相。
In this paper, the inclusions and intermetallic compounds formed after the addition of mixed rare earth elements and yttrium rare earth elements into iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, the inclusions causing hot-rolled ingot cracking and the carbide precipitates in iron-chromium-aluminum alloy were studied. Their optical and chemical properties, as well as the crystal structure, were investigated by metallographic and X-ray diffraction of electrolytically isolated products, electron and ion-probe methods. The experimental results show that the inclusions formed after addition of rare earth elements in Fe - Cr - Al alloy have R_EAlO_3, intermetallics YFe_9 and M_ (23) C_6 carbide precipitates in addition to rare earth oxides.
