据国内外资料介绍,红茶菌液可增进健康,延年益寿,并对动脉硬化、心脏病等多种疾病有一定治疗作用。这种作用是否与调节机体代谢,改善氧的利用,增强机体适应能力有关,是值得深究的问题。为此,我们对其能否提高动物急性缺氧耐力等问题进行了初步的探讨。材料和方法按家庭红茶菌液培养法制备红茶菌液。用市售白糖、市售茶叶、自来水按5克:1克:100毫升之比在室温培养25~30天。培养液存放4℃冰箱中作抗缺氧效果实验用。另外,在培养期内,每5天取样一次测pH、含糖量后存放4℃冰箱中供作不同培养时间对缺氧效果观察用。

MATERIALS AND METHODS Prepared the black tea bacterial liquid by the method of family black tea bacterial culture. Commercial white sugar, commercially available tea, tap water at 5 grams: 1 g: 100 ml ratio at room temperature for 25 to 30 days. Culture medium stored in refrigerator at 4 ℃ for anti-hypoxia effect experiment. In addition, during the cultivation period, sampling every 5 days to measure the pH, sugar content stored in refrigerator at 4 ℃ for different culture time hypoxia effect observed.
