近年来,阳萎患者有增加趋势,其发病率约为10%已是泌尿外科及男性科的重要疾病。我院自1991年6月～1992年5月在门诊应用血管活性药物作海绵体注射,治疗各种病因所致的阳萎33例,疗效满意,现报告如下:临床资料一、一般材料:本组33例,年龄19～59岁,平均35岁,病程最短半月,最长12年,其中因尿道外伤引起阳萎3例,其它均找不出明显原因。二、治疗方法:患者平卧,外阴皮肤常规消毒,用5ml 注射器5.5号～6.5号针头将吸入的药物向一侧阴茎海绵体内注射,剂量为罂栗碱30mg16例,罂栗碱60mg9例,罂
