针对房屋建筑因地基沉降或热胀冷缩作用产生的裂缝与结构失稳问题,大多房屋建筑都采用后浇带技术予以处理,首先根据实践经验明确了后浇带技术主要作用,然后围绕该技术的应用要点,从混凝土、钢筋与模板三部分入手深入分析技术实际应用,为保证房屋建筑结构安全,发挥后浇带技术最大化作用提供依据。
