高压无气喷涂是建筑内外墙、机械、化工等行业喷涂装饰、防护涂料等的新方法。本文是在完成高压无气喷涂机的设计、研究、施工、试验的基础上进行了总结。试图以雾化基本机理和雾化器(旋转式)雾滴运动等为基础,结合流体的运动方程式、微分方程式及连续性方程式推导出雾化器的计算公式为高压无气喷涂理论研究、雾化器设计及应用提供参考。一、雾化基本机理雾化机理是以简单的液体射束(液带)的稳定性及崩溃性得出的。每一液滴的形成是由于作用于射束外部的力破坏了射束原来的稳定状态,引起分裂、雾化。有滴状分裂(散裂)、丝状分裂和膜状分裂三种类型。
High-pressure airless spraying is a new method for spray decoration and protective coating in the interior and exterior walls, machinery, and chemical industries.
