当前,山东正处在改革发展、全面建设小康社会的关键时期,充分发挥公共财政职能作用,更好地支持经济社会发展是新时期面临的重大课题。对此,山东省各级财政部门要深入贯彻落实科学发展观,认真做好中央政策与山东实际结合的文章,着力构建有利于科学发展的财政政策和制度体系,促进山东经济又好又快发展。
At present, Shandong is in a crucial period of reform and development and building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects. It is an important issue that the new era should give full play to its role as a public finance function and support economic and social development better. To this end, the financial departments at all levels in Shandong Province should thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, conscientiously do a good job of integrating the central policies with Shandong’s actual conditions, strive to establish a fiscal policy and system conducive to scientific development, and promote the sound and rapid economic development of Shandong .
