随着教育的不断改革,各大高校步入了教育的转型时期,而教师的专业发展也逐渐被重视起来,应国家对复合型人才的需求,大学英语教师的专业发展情况被提出并进行探讨,得知目前很多的高校还是仍然使用传统的教学手段,在英语技能的使用教学方面比较的落后,再加上英语教师的专业知识、能力、素质三方面有所欠缺,在教学方面无法培养满足社会需求的复合型人才,因此文章从转型时期大学英语教师专业发展的意义和存在的问题进行分析,并提出高校转型时期针对大学英语教师专业发展的策略。
With the continuous reform of education, colleges and universities have entered the transitional period of education, and the professional development of teachers has gradually been taken seriously. According to the demand of compound talents in our country, the professional development of college English teachers is put forward and discussed , That many colleges and universities are still using traditional teaching methods, the use of English skills in the teaching of backwardness, coupled with the English teachers’ professional knowledge, ability, quality is lacking in three aspects, teaching can not foster satisfaction Social needs and so on. Therefore, the article analyzes the significance and existing problems of college English teachers ’professional development during the transitional period and puts forward the strategies for college English teachers’ professional development in the transitional period.
