盐220S系江苏沿海地区农科所在广占63S群体中发现1株天然变异株后经多代系谱选择而育成的籼型光温敏核不育系,2013年通过江苏省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。江苏沿海地区农科所以盐220S为母本与盐恢888配组育成的高产优质两系杂交籼稻新组合盐两优2208,于2013年通过国家农作物品种审定(国审稻2013026)。
Salt 220S is a indica type photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line which was bred by many generations of pedigree selection after a natural mutant was found in 63S population of Guangsian, which is widely distributed in the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province. In 2013, it was identified by Jiangsu Province Crop Variety Approval Committee. Jiangsu Province coastal areas so salt 220S as the female parent and salt restore 888 with high yield and good quality two-line indica hybrid rice Yanliangyou 2208, in 2013 through the national crop varieties (National review rice 2013026).
