胃的“一点癌”是指胃镜活检诊断为癌,但手术切除标本按规定作节段连续切片未发现癌者。该类病人临床不多见,国内也鲜见报道,在处理和认识上不尽相同。收集我科1979年以来三例胃一点癌介绍如下,以引起重视。例一:女性,52岁,因上腹痛1个月作胃造影见胃窦部粘膜紊乱,胃镜检查胃窦部有结节状隆起,直径0.5cm,活检腺癌。一个月后剖腹探查胃窦部触软,未见肿块。切开胃壁见胃窦后壁有0.5
Gastric “single cancer” refers to a gastroscope biopsy diagnosed as cancer, but surgical resection specimens were serially sectioned and no cancer was found. This type of patient is rare in clinical practice and rarely reported in China. It is not the same in handling and understanding. The collection of three cases of stomach cancer since our department was introduced in 1979 is as follows. Example 1: Female, 52 years old, for abdominal pain for 1 month for gastric angiography to see gastric antrum mucosal disorders, endoscopic antrum with nodular uplift, diameter 0.5cm, biopsy adenocarcinoma.
