1病例概况患儿,女,2009年5月27日出生。2010年9月12日下午,患儿在徐汇区某社区卫生服务中心强化免疫接种1剂麻疹疫苗(上海生物制品研究所生产,批号2009050701,有效期至2010-11-26)。2010年9月16日中午患儿出现发热,体温38.5℃,伴流涕,至复旦大学附属儿科医院就诊,诊断为“上呼吸道感染”。回家后即出现抽搐1次,表现为双眼凝视,口吐泡沫,四肢抽动,持续约5 min后自行缓解。再次至医院就诊,予鲁米那镇静,后患儿在诊治过程
1 case profile children, female, born May 27, 2009. On the afternoon of Sept. 12, 2010, a child was immunized with one dose of measles vaccine in a community health service center in Xuhui District (Shanghai Institute of Biological Products, lot number 2009050701, valid until 2010-11-26). September 16, 2010 at noon, children with fever, body temperature 38.5 ℃, with runny nose, to the Fudan University Pediatric Hospital for treatment, diagnosed as “upper respiratory tract infection.” A twitch appeared after returning home 1 times, manifested as binocular gaze, vomiting bubble, limbs twitching, continued to ease about 5min.
