Invited by the Western Pacific Region of the World Health Organization, the Department of Health of the Ministry of Public Health appointed the Department of Nursing at the Department of Medical Affairs of the Ministry of Health. I was privileged to participate in the Global Safety Injection Network Annual Conference and the Post-Injection Waste Management Technology Symposium held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia from October 24th to 26th, 2002.
