目的制备OGP-49羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,为OGP-49的注射给药提供基础。方法采用超声法制备。经差示扫描量热法、红外光谱法验证包合物的形成。结果羟丙基-β-环糊精和OGP-49以20∶1的比例形成包合物,40%的羟丙基-β-环糊精可使OGP-49的水中溶解度提高330倍。结论 OGP-49羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物能显著提高OGP-49的水中溶解度。
OBJECTIVE To prepare OGP-49 hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex and provide a basis for the administration of OGP-49 for injection. Methods Ultrasound method was used. The formation of inclusion complex was confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry and infrared spectroscopy. As a result, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and OGP-49 formed inclusion complexes in a ratio of 20: 1, and 40% of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin increased the water solubility of OGP-49 by 330-fold. Conclusion OGP-49 hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex can significantly improve the solubility of OGP-49 in water.
