随着医疗市场竞争的日益激烈,建立健全医院内部控制制度建设,有利于实现医院的经营管理目标,也是实现经济效益和社会效益的重要手段;因此,完善医院内部控制体系是规范管理、降低成本的有效措施,成为医院健康发展的当务之急。本文着重从医院内部控制在医院经营管理中的作用入手,分析了目前医院内部控制制度及执行的主要问题,进一步探讨完善医院内部控制制度及执行的主要措施,从而促进医院经营管理的良好发展。
